Mary Jane is fantastic! She appeared quite overwhelmed by her new surroundings the first few days and requested many walks to explore and sniff everything out. Now, however, she is relaxing into to the daily flow and settling in nicely. She is an endless fountain of love and affection (and kisses!) for every human she has met so far. She has also discovered her boisterous inner puppy when meeting new dog friends at the dog park! Her skin is looking great and she has displayed no allergy symptoms. In fact, we have already been able to incorporate some additional foods into her diet with good tolerance. Who knew MJ would love frozen blueberries?! She is also enjoying her homemade oatmeal peanut butter pumpkin treats.

Overall, she’s just such a joy and brings a smile to everyone who encounters her. What a precious soul she is and we are so grateful to be a part of her life. Thank you to everyone at HSCC who helped take such good care of MJ!
