Sick Pet Visits are extended exams for specific health concerns. We are able to treat a number of medical concerns, including eye/ear infections, gastrointenstinal issues, urinary tract infections, and more. The price of a sick pet visit covers the exam - any necessary testing and treatment/medication are an additional charge.
Please note that the CPC is not an emergency animal hospital and is unable to provide care for medical emergencies. Please also note that we are not equipped to provide x-rays or diagnostic ultrasounds. If your animal’s condition is very involved or requires advanced diagnostics, we may need to refer you to a partner veterinarian.
Emergencies that require urgent attention and should be addressed ASAP at an emergency veterinary clinic:
- Severe trauma (hit by a car, big fall, dog fight, etc.)
- Trauma to the eye
- Broken bones
- Cat not eating for 36 hours
- Cat not urinating for 24 hours ("blocked cat")
- Potential ingestion of toxin or foreign object
